Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City is investing $50 million this year in a major upgrade that includes refreshed accommodations and new entertainment and dining options.
Half of the investment of $25 million will go toward renovating 500 Blu Rooms and Suites; the final phase of a multiyear overhaul of the resort’s 1,860 guest rooms. The upgraded rooms will feature bright design elements, marble-floored bathrooms with double vanities and large showers, while suites will include added amenities like a dining area, wet bar, and lounge seating.
The remaining $25 million will fund five new dining concepts and a new entertainment venue, Ocean’s 18 Mini Golf and Bar. Set to debut in late summer, the two-story, 8,000-square-foot mini-golf course and bar will be located on the casino level.
