Slated to begin construction early next year, The Top Hat will rise at 215 S. Tennessee Ave., featuring 1,400 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and boutique hotel-style short-term rentals above.
True to its name, the development will showcase a Monopoly theme, capped with a prominent top hat. Spearheaded by developer and restaurant owner Mark Callazzo, managing partner of RMS Capital, the project aims to honor Atlantic City’s iconic board game legacy while becoming a cultural landmark and must-visit destination, according to RMS.
