The 10.7-acre site of the former Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City is once again up for sale, according to a September 16 Crexi listing.
No asking price has been disclosed for the Boardwalk property, which originally opened in 1984 at a cost of $210 million.
Once part of Donald Trump’s trio of Atlantic City casinos, alongside the Taj Mahal (now Hard Rock) and Trump Marina (now Golden Nugget), Trump Plaza closed in 2014 amid a wave of casino shutdowns.
The property’s taller tower was later demolished in 2021, leaving the prime oceanfront parcel available for redevelopment.
