The 95-year-old Madison Hotel in Atlantic City is on the market for $3.5 million. Listed in November, the historic 13-story building at 125 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. is located near the former Sands Atlantic City casino site and just a block from the beach. Hotel Madison AC LLC acquired the property for $2.5 million in early 2022, according to property records. The LLC is linked to David Mermelstein, who reportedly planned to purchase the building in partnership with a New Jersey motel owner in late 2021.
