A Los Angeles developer plans to build a 3.5 million-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial campus on 400 acres of vacant land at Atlantic City International Airport. Industrial Realty Group’s vision for the site follows an agreement reached last fall with the South Jersey Transportation Authority for a ground lease, after a request for proposals process. The project is slated for the northwest section of the property, off Pomona Road and County Route 563, situated between the Atlantic City Expressway and White Horse Pike.
