Philadelphia restaurateur Michael Schulson is in discussions with Ocean Casino Resort to establish two additional restaurants at the Atlantic City property. Schulson, the founder and owner of the Schulson Collective restaurant group, disclosed plans to focus on Asian cuisine for one concept, while the theme for the other is yet to be determined. Details about the restaurants were not provided during the event at the Union League of Philadelphia.

This announcement follows Schulson’s recent partnership with Ocean Casino Resort, where they revealed plans to open outposts of his oyster bar and seafood house, Pearl & Mary, and the all-day Jewish deli, Samuel’s, on the lobby level of the resort. The anticipated opening of these establishments is set to precede the bustling summer season at the Jersey Shore.
