A veteran insurance official has been named executive director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, a New Jersey state agency tasked with promoting redevelopment in Atlantic City.
Gov. Phil Murphy announced the appointment of Sean Pattwell on Thursday, two days after the CRDA’s board unanimously approved his selection.
Pattwell is the permanent replacement for Matthew Doherty, who left the CRDA on Jan. 28 after a stint that started in 2018. Monica de los Rios had been serving as an interim replacement for Doherty.
